Yes, I've put 4 exclamation marks there because I am sick and tired of seeing dozens of submissions being sent to our Community News or Contest folder because people are too lazy to read!
Our regular submissions are CLOSE ON THE WEEKEND. Read our rules, stop being careless and rude. It takes us a lot of time to individually comment on each submission you're sending to the wrong folder, to be nice and give you the opportunity to withdraw it, instead of our decline counting against your number of allowed submissions.
I mean come on guys, we try to do nice, cool, fun stuff for you, and what we get in return is carelessness and a useless addition of work? A little respect would be nice once in a while...
So in case this still baffles you:
1. Feature = the place where you submit your artwork! = is closed on weekends!
2. Community News = place to submit NEWS = journal articles!
3. Contest = place to submit contest entries!! = deviations that follow our contest rules!

Admins needed to help vote on submissions
Dear members,
We are looking for new admins to help us vote on submissions. If you regularly suggest Daily Deviations and feel you have a good handle on the quality of artwork that is typically featured as a Daily Deviation, send us a note with the following information:
1. What type of artwork you have expertise in (digital art, photography, literature, etc.)
2. Five thumbnails of artwork you believe is Daily Deviation worthy (these of course cannot already be DDs, and should not already be in our group gallery)

An apology - and asking for your input!
Hey guys,
I want to apologize for having let this group die out a bit over the past year. Life got crazy and I just didn't have the time to be here too often, and while we have some amazing admins that I thank so much for sticking around, we really need more admins to help manage this group. That being said, I'd like to ask you, our members, if you'd like us to attempt to revive? Our Super group status is gone, so the first step would be opening up donations for it. The next step would be to find more admins, and then clean up the backlog and start our art features, interviews, contests and of course get back to accepting and requesting more
