Deviations are piling up and some are expiring. We don't like to see that happen so if some of you would kindly hop on board with us current folks it'd be much appreciated. <
The areas we are most in need of bumping up numbers are LITERATURE and DIGITAL ART(namely MANGA/ANIME/FAN ART/PHOTO MANIPULATIONS).
We'd also love to have more people knowledgable in 3D, Artisan Crafts, Traditional, Stock Resources!

let's quickly run through what will be required of you, if you were deemed awesome enough for the group. First and foremost, vote on deviations in your speciality. Pretty much common sense, if you don't feel confident in a genre then you're more or less going to give a false judgement. Although this is not to discourage learning other mediums of art, we'd (and the members) would prefer if you did the judging after the learning. Vote with the CV in mind. After all they're the ones handing out the DD's Listen to the mind not the heart. Well, most of the time. Time. Please don't rush when voting. You don't do the members any favours.

about the 6 months rule. Upped from 3 months regarding time inbetween being eligible for a DD.
You can check by going into a members gallery, clicking 'Browse' at top left of page and scrolling to the bottom just before comments. There will be a link to see their DD's. If they have not been awarded one, there won't be a link. Importantly the date awarded in the members gallery are in the format Month/Day/Year so beware.
